The pho Cake

 A Pho cake made for a close friends mother for her Birthday and mothers day. 

Wanting to introduce his mum to another type of cake other than the typical chinese sponge cake with fruit on top. Peter asked me to make this cake for his mum after his encounter with the burger cake i made. 

So fun to make. Although i was unsure about the colour of the meat. I tried to make it look like it was half cooked.

    I thought it was the real thing – pho in a bowl.. Would be a shame to eat it because it looks amazing!
